These Terms of Service govern access to and use of PhotoMuse AI. By using the service, you agree to these terms, our billing rules, and the platform policies described on this site.

Eligibility and accounts

You must use the service lawfully and only through an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method, devices, and access to your account.

You may not impersonate another person or use the service with unauthorized account access.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our own security failure.

User content and permissions

You are responsible for the prompts, uploaded photos, and other materials you submit. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, edit, transform, or upload that content through the service.

Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, violates privacy, or breaks applicable law.
Do not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, or deceptive material.

AI output and creative limitations

PhotoMuse AI provides AI-assisted creative output. Results are probabilistic, may vary between attempts, and may not match your subjective expectations, stylistic preferences, commercial requirements, or intended likeness. We do not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, suitable, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated or AI-edited output.
You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether an output is acceptable for your use case before relying on it.
You should not use the service where factual precision, identity fidelity, or high-stakes accuracy is legally or professionally required without your own review.

Subscriptions, credits, and availability

Paid plans provide access to credits and subscription features according to the plan you purchase. Credits, pricing, plan structure, and service availability may change over time. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service, investigate abuse, or respond to technical or legal issues.

Abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, system interference, charge abuse, or attempts to bypass limits are prohibited.
Access may be restricted or terminated if the service is used in violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoMuse AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

This includes dissatisfaction with artistic style, likeness, pose, mood, beauty treatment, prompt interpretation, or other creative aspects of AI output.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limits are not allowed by applicable law.
